We pay you to learn
If your application is successful, our clients will sponsor your training and pay for your qualification – not only this, they will also pay you a monthly or weekly stipend whilst you are registered on the programme.
Please note that you cannot register on more than one learnership at a time and that you need to be finished a learnership before you start a new one
We have a transport assistance subsidy for the first month of your training:
We know how hard the first month of training can be especially if you are waiting until the end of the month to get your first stipend – at the DTA we provide an additional subsidy to our learners if they attend all classes in the first month – this subsidy is paid before the stipend and assists with transport.

These learnerships are accredited by different SETA’s in the services sector. You can apply online.

Aged Between 18-40
Must Be A South African Citizen
Must have Grade 10
Must Be Able To Read And Write English

You will have access to additional support in the form of extra classes if you need them and emotional support from our team.
We ensure that our venues are clean, accessible, have tea, coffee and water and we also have fun theme days during the year to try keep the learning fun.
