- Utilising our Learnership Programmes as a “Library” for shorter Skills Programmes – credit and non-credit bearing
- Designing the learning solution to match the criteria of Categories B, C, D and E as per the Learning Matrix and B-BBEE Scorecard
- Including OEM certification
- Including any additional skill sets in a “plug & play” manner
Social citizenship through Learnerships
Unemployment remains one of the country’s greatest challenges, which is why at Impactful we’re compelled to work with the unemployed youth in local and rural communities, as well as people with disabilities, to assist them in developing useful skills that will make them much more attractive to potential employers.
These carefully crafted Learnerships ensure that the development needs of these young people are aligned with agency requirements. In this way, they are equipped with the skills necessary to become competent and productive employees, who can contribute meaningfully to their future and to future economic success.
The clear measure of these Learnerships’ success can be demonstrated by the fact that we have provided workplace experience and progress for thousands of young people, including the enablement of people with disabilities.
Moving promise forward with SETA Learnership Programmes
Students have access to a wide range of learnership programmes designed to offer training leading to the acquisition of National Certificates – from NQF Level 2 to NQF Level 6 – across a range of areas. These Learnership programmes are aligned to unit standards and are registered with the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). Impactful has assisted in launching the careers of thousands of learners annually and upskilled thousands of young professionals within the ICT, Financial, BPO, Warehousing, Management, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources and Entrepreneurial sectors.

Learnership Programmes Overview
Impactful is accredited to deliver 23 learnership qualifications available to run over 12 months in a block release/modular format or full-time ( 3 months in-class training and 9 months within a working environment).
