The successful YES Learner will support activities within Clover’s Secondary Distribution department.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring drivers’ adherence to planned routes using Daily Route Management (DRM)
- Escalating issues such as unauthorised stops, speeding, excessive idling, no-go zones and harsh braking to relevant managers
- Monitoring stop turnaround times and reporting delivery delays
- Monitoring planned versus actual kilometres, hours, driving time and standing time
- Monitoring compliance with planned route sequences
- Monitoring vehicle-to-route assignments
- Assisting with route allocation handovers
- Handing over open calls and queries to the next shift
- Monitoring the DRM system
- Checking DRM reports for driver debriefing
- Escalating incorrect geo-fencing
- Monitoring inactive routes and acknowledging non-reporting units
- Extracting daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager
