Fixed-Term Contract (Learnership) for 12 months

Purpose of the Program
To immerse you in and complete the Learnership program within the designated field of expertise.

Learnership Description and Key Responsibilities
This 12-month program offers a blend of theoretical and practical on-site training. The theoretical component aligns with a recognized NQF Learnership program, while the practical element provides hands-on work experience to enhance the skills and performance of entry-level learners. This comprehensive approach equips participants with foundational knowledge, numeracy, communication, computer, and introductory business principles.

The program is tailored for Grade 12 individuals to develop essential professional competencies. During the practical component, learners will provide executive support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments, preparing them for work readiness.

The theoretical training will cover Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Mathematics, Communication Skills, and Computer Skills.

Post-Matric qualification in Data and IT will be advantageous
Minimum Experience
Relevant experience of 0-2 years
Participate in the Learnership program and successfully complete the assessment process; engage in all necessary workplace readiness conditioning and exercises.
