Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical labour duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving loads of up to 25kg
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment
- Stack and palletize finished products according to operational requirements
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects
- Complete quality control documentation when required
- Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols
- Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards
- Identify, report, and assist in addressing potential safety risks and observations
- Comply with all food safety policies and standards
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and overtime when required
- Medically and physically fit for the role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
