Conditions ABET position 4/ Standard 8/ Grade 10. 1- 2 Times ’ experience in Cleaning Services terrain. Knowledge Knowledge of installations programs and procedures. Knowledge of applicable legislation, repressions, programs and procedures, Knowledge of hygiene and the storehouse cleaning material and outfit, Chops Reading, Communication( verbal and spoken), Operating of gardening and drawing outfit, People operation, Office operation
and administration, Analytical, Computer knowledge, Problem- working, Planning
and organizing, chastened.
DUTIES:
To supervise drawing services. Oversee drawing services of services, corridors, general kitchens, restrooms, elevators and boardrooms. Manage and insure the conservation of drawing accoutrements and outfit.
insure conservation and relief of drawing machines and outfit. Make importunity and issue drawing accoutrements . Supervise cleansers. Perform executive and affiliated functions. give guidance and advice to cleansers. Develop and update the cleaning canon. Supervise the conservation of office structures.
Conduct regular structure examinations. Supervise the attendance to minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. Supervise the conservation of office outfit and cabinetwork, form of broken cabinetwork and outfit. Report blights. Supervise the keeping of conservation tools and inventories.
