Job Description

Purpose of the role:

– A visionary, educated cleanser is needed to manage the Cleaning Team point installation conditioning, in agreement with our guests ’ SLA objects and targets.

Education and Experience

– Matric
– A minimum of 2 years of experience within a cleaning terrain
– Completely competent in operation of drawing outfit and chemical operation
client service experience

Areas of Responsibility

Delegate and insure that the cleaning is done according to the customer conditions and company norms and gain customer sign- off on job cards. Insure that the cleaning outfit demanded is well maintained and safe to use.

Run spot checks and On- the- job training of new staff on safety, company work procedures, methodology and operation of drawing outfit.

Managing and report stock conditions.
Respond to guests’ enquiries or specific requests and reporting similar to the Cleaning Supervisor or Specials Manager.

Resolve problems and make opinions at platoon functional position. People leadership tasks similar as transferring completed timesheets attestation to the Cleaning Supervisor.
