Job Description
The Packaging Learnership program is designed to provide learners with:
- A structured learning experience combining both on-the-job and theoretical training.
- A pathway to earning a national qualification in food and beverage packaging (NQF 3).
Key Outputs and Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured learning program integrating practical and theoretical knowledge.
- Complete the off-the-job training component, focusing on theoretical aspects of food and beverage packaging.
- Engage in work-based learning opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge.
- Demonstrate competence in workplace tasks using various assessment methods.
Key Characteristics of the Learnership:
- Leads to a nationally recognized qualification registered on the NQF.
- Qualification aligns with SAQA-registered unit standards.
- Focuses on value-adding workplace skills, outcomes, and assessment criteria.
Requirements
- Minimum Matric with Mathematics and English.
- Technical courses (N3, N4, N5, or N6) are an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to work effectively in teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
