- Welcoming clients and managing branch flow.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Experience:
- No prior experience required.
- Client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments is ideal.
- Knowledge:
- Basic calculations
- Interpersonal engagement skills
- Clarity on personal goals and an eagerness to learn
- Conditions:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic system
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and business processes
- Understanding of branch environments in the banking sector
