Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Experience:
  • No prior experience required.
  • Client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments is ideal.
• Knowledge:

  • Interpersonal engagement skills
  • Clarity on personal goals and an eagerness to learn
• Conditions:
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic system
