YOUR ROLE
- Trainees will get to know the company inside-out, rapidly assume responsibility and pursue the targeted development of their personal strengths. During a period of 24 months, they will complete 3 to 6 assignments in various functional area. Trainees will be actively involved in day-to-day business and projects as well as benefit from professional and individual guidance. Trainees will be rotated amongst the following functional areas:
- · Supply and Demand Inventory Management
- · Customer Service
- · Customer Service Strategy / Supply Chain Enablement
YOUR SKILLS
- Graduate: 3 Yrs Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain management a MUST
- Excellent communication skills
- Project focused skill advantageous
- Attention to detail
- 0-2 Yrs. (Max) Supply Chain experience (Preferred in Customer Service / Planning role / Service Strategy) – Advantageous
- Entrepreneurial Mindset with great initiatives
- Confident individual
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate in project environment and lead.
- Growth Mindset: Readiness to take on real challenges and grow holistically
- Flexibility / Agility: Openness to explore, meet new people.
- Leadership potential
- Computer skills: Microsoft excel – Intermediate to advanced.
