Successful candidates get a NQF level 2 Contact Centre certificate which is accredited with Services SETA and worth 128 points.

After completing the learnership, candidates have a guaranteed job as a call centre agent.

Not only do candidates receive a qualification but they get call centre experience as well.

Requirements

Matric OR Grade 10
Extensive computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Candidate must love working with people
