Responsibilities:
– Participate in classroom-based learning, on-the-job training, and practical assignments
– Demonstrate interest in the water industry and a willingness to learn and apply new concepts and skills

– Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
– Minimum Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
– South African citizenship or permanent residency
– Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
– Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
– Willingness to commit to the duration of the learnership program
– Previous experience or qualifications in water-related fields advantageous but not essential
