The South African Weather Service (SAWS) invites unemployed youth to apply for a one-year Internship Programme (2024/2025).

Stipend: R6 500.00 Per Month
Location: Centurion and Cape Town

We are looking for high- achieving graduates to join our Internship Programme in the following fields:
Internship -ICT
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) (Centurion)
• National Diploma: Information Technology – Ref# ICTOps2024 – 1 Position
• National Diploma: Information Technology/BCom Information Systems/BSc Computer Science – Ref#SecSys2024 – 1 Position
Applicants must comply with the following requirements:
• Submit detailed CV with all necessary information (i.e., Address and DOB)
• Applicant to attach academic transcript on the Recruitment Portal.
• Applicant must be 18 – 35 years of age.
• An applicant must have been unemployed and with no work experience.
Interns will be placed at the SAWS Centurion head office. Successful candidates will be responsible for their own transport to the office.
Successful candidates will be required to enter into an Internship Agreement with SAWS for a duration of twelve months. There will be no obligation to employ the intern on completion of the Programme.
