Purpose Statement

To drink guests and coordinate the branch inflow through effective line functioning, furnishing excellent customer service and aiding guests at the ATM and to complete deals on any remote or tone- service channels. In doing so, gain the knowledge, Experience needed for service consulting.

Experience

– No experience needed but individual requirements to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.

– Some customer service experience within a retail/ fiscal/ banking terrain
– Qualifications( Minimum)
– Grade 12 National Certificate/ Vocational
– Qualifications( Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge

Introductory Computations
How to engage with people
– Clarity and understanding of own bournes , being ambitious and keen to learn.
