At Capitec Bank, we prioritize service excellence and efficiency. As an ATM Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to welcome clients, manage branch queues effectively, and assist clients with ATM transactions and self-service channels.
This role offers an opportunity to develop essential skills for service consulting while contributing to the seamless operation of our branches.
Requirements:
Experience:
No prior experience is necessary, but applicants must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate. Ideal candidates will have some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement includes a Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational qualification. Knowledge of basic calculations and interpersonal skills is essential.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), and interpersonal abilities are required. Familiarity with bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products/processes is advantageous.
Conditions of Employment: Candidates must have a clear criminal and credit record. Additionally, fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
