Job description
To completely understand and to take power of own development towards completing the Trainee Manager programme icing tone- readiness for sign off within 12 months.
To train and be set up competent in all departments of the store and later be suitable to help the SM in similar departments and in managing the store as needed.
To attend all needed classroom training sessions as per the TM programme and apply the literacy’s and/ or chops within the store terrain under the guidance of the SM.
To be a part model for staff presenting the image and behaviours of operation to which the company aspires through its values
To insure a high position of client care through being visible and by proactively approaching guests at all times.
