This program, under the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP), aims to provide employment opportunities for young, unemployed individuals in the tourism

Scope of placement :

●General accommodation and hospitality assistance

Scope of Tasks and Duties:

■ Preparation and serving of food and refreshments to clients and visitors

■ Cleaning of guest rooms and public areas

■ Assistance in the compilation of reports and record-keeping

■ Guest relations

Qualifying and Eligibility Criteria:

Unemployed South African youth (ages between 18-35 years) residing in All Province

Post Grade Twelve (Matric) related accredited qualification in the fields of Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, accommodation services (Certificate, Diploma, and/or Degree)

Not more than one participant per household

Priority will be given to beneficiaries in close proximity to the host company
