Learning and Development Intern
(2 Year fixed term contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic graduate Learning & Development Intern to join the People Management Department at Tygervalley.
Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for working well with people, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Managment (Essential)
- Driver’s license (Essential)
- Own Vehicle (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly analytical and action orientated
- Resourceful organiser
- Strong administration skills
- SDF Qualification (Advantageous)

The successful person will be
- Receive exposure in all aspects of Learning and Development
- Assist with value-adding Learning and Development projects
- Compile analytical information
- Assist with Learning and Development reporting
