Qualifications

  • Matric/ Grade 12 instrument –( essential)

Experience

  • 1 times ’ experience in customer Service, account operation support part or similar with a passion
    for customer advocacy and experience supporting financial products –( essential) Knowledge and Chops
  • complete with Web Technologies and the Internet Experience taking power and driving resolution on escalated customer issues –( essential)
  • Strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem- working chops; concentrate on quality in customer experience –( asked).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel –( essential).
