Job Description
Purpose of the part

Perform pastoral support function for the Aftersales department with specific reference to executive support to the technicians. Perform affiliated executive tasks and process way including record keeping, form, and data processing.

Performance Areas

Service Administration

Client quotation creation and rejection according to inspection conditions
Supplier purchase order creation
Opening of client/ bond/ damaged/ form jobs- nationally, insure authorization of service- related attestation, Costing of service & bond jobs-internal and external


Goods damage( migo) of supplier checks
Allocation of Technicians overtime and labour hours, stuffing of Service attestation
lift Area Service directors with service attestation- change request,inter-region transfers, credit limit lift.

Help Technicians with general support and administration.
help Accounts department with client/ supplier enquiries, conciliation, and billing.
help with Hour cadence readings – collect yearly homemade redundant hours as per schedule.
Processing credit sale
General executive backing-public
public client support function

Give support and service information to the Service Manager in all regions.
public support by entering of information with respects to breakdown
Logging of client calls entered- streamlining client information.


Allocate and dispatch available technician by SMS( EMMS system)
General client service – telephonic and dispatch
Re-route/ Escalate client complaints to applicable director/ resource.


insure dashboards are streamlined timeously.
help with vehicle shadowing of Technicians.
Maintain a safe working terrain( according to safety policy and procedures)
Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
Effective tone- operation and performance power
Adherence to any reasonable instruction

Qualification, Experience and capabilities

Minimum Qualification

– Grade 12

Minimum Experience

Executive experience –
minimum 1 time specialized background will be an advantage.
